Description

PLEASE NOTE THAT WEDNESDAY 3RD JUNE BACKBENDS CLASS WILL BE PRE-RECORDED – BOOK IN AS NORMAL AND YOU WILL BE SENT A YOUTUBE LINK FOR THE NEW CLASS TO FOLLOW ALONG TO.

NEW 60 MINUTE THURSDAY CLASSES! Any sessions on thursdays will be dedicated to needlescale work and involve stretching splits, shoulders and backs all in one class at the earlier time of 5:30pm. Some experience stretching would be beneficial for these classes but is not essential. Please email me if you have any questions.

Online 1hr strengthening and stretch classes to keep you strong and flexible during lockdown and suitable for all levels as you take the class at your own pace. These will be structured just like my usual stretch classes with a bit of conditioning, dynamic and static stretching to keep muscles strong and toned as well as flexible.

These classes will take place using Zoom teleconferencing software so please ensure you are able to use the software before booking your place. The meeting link and password will be sent ~1hr before the start of class to the email used to sign up to classes so please ensure you check it regularly.

Participation will be subject to completion of a PARQ that will be emailed to you after your first purchase. If anything changes before subsequent classes it is your responsibility to let your instructor know about any injuries or illnesses so that we can give you alternatives.

Bookings automatically close 3hrs before the start of the class (4pm) so don’t leave it too late to book!

Bookings are non-refundable but cancellations made within 24h can be moved to a different session. Recordings of some of the sessions will be made and emailed to you if you cannot attend live but this may not happen for every session.

To make it easy for people to follow Tuesdays will always be splits stretching (legs and hips) and Wednesdays will always be backbends (back and shoulders).

A yoga mat, strap and blocks are always a good idea for classes but you can get by with a few household props if you don’t own these!
