FLEXIBILITY LESSONS

Lucy has been training flexibility and coaching others for almost half a decade. She has completed her Spin City, Flexibility and Stretching for Pole and Aerial course to enable her to provide better, more effective and safer stretching techniques in class.

Lucy provides flexibility classes at Aerial Asylum every Wednesday and Thursday 7:15pm (60 minutes, £6).

The sessions often use lots of stretching aids such as foam rollers, yoga straps and blocks and massage balls teaching you how to use these pieces of equipment effectively to help progress your stretching and flexibility training both in class and at home.

Lucy is available for private 1-1 flexibility training  for all levels from complete beginner to more advanced levels. Flexibility session can be focussed around anything you like – backbends, splits, shoulder flexibility – or be an all-over stretching session, those with prior pole or aerial experience may also want to improve their flexibility for specific moves so be sure to let Lucy know what you’d like to work on when booking in. You may wish to bring any equipment you have such as yoga blocks and a foam roller.
